Where We’ve Been

We launched Say It Loud! in 2003 in the heart of the Mills 50 district of Orlando. It’s a vibrant neighborhood of artists, creatives, small business owners, foodies, and bar rats that suits our style just right. In our 20 years, we’ve been lucky to work with some outstanding clients (many still with us), build a great body of award-winning work, and experience enough bumps and bruises along the way to keep us humble and hungry.

Almost everything about the marketing and media landscape looks different than 2003, and we do too. But our values and work ethic are the same:

How We Work

We take our work seriously, ourselves less so, and we’re at our best when we’re busting it. The conversation at hand, though, isn’t about how we work, it’s about how you work and how we can give you strategy, creative, and results that make you forget about all the times you had to compromise. We do whatever it takes.

We don’t save the big ideas for clients with big budgets or big names, you get the best of us all the time. Our senior staff works with you every step of the way, not just on pitch day – every day.

Who We Are

We’re a mix of talented advertisers and marketing pros on the creative and client side. Our strength is in our experience, our skills, and our work. We’re musicians and illustrators and writers and thinkers and strategists and do-ers. We love tequila. A few of us have tattoos. Only one of us drinks decaf.

We’re not a design shop or a production house, we’re a full-service creative agency and all that it implies. We take on accounts big and small, B2C or B2B, local or global. The only prerequisite we ask is that you bring the same commitment to making an impact with your brand and achieving great results as we do.

Julio Lima

President / Creative Director

Julio Lima is a creative activist, designer, art director, and award-winning creative director with over 35 years of experience. He started his career in 1983 with one of the Southeast's largest agencies, Yesawich, Pepperdine, Brown & Russell (YPB+R), and later moved to Greenstone Roberts where he worked on the Orlando Magic account. In 1991 Julio started his own company under the name, "IT!", until he joined forces with two partners and co-founded the Orlando-based agency, PUSH. After seven highly successful years at PUSH, Julio started Say It Loud! in 2003. In 2004, Julio was awarded our industry’s highest creative accolade – a One Show Gold Pencil – and is the only creative in Central Florida to earn one. He has a total of eight ‘Best in Show’ ADDYs from the Orlando chapter of the AAF, including four with Say It Loud! In 2015, he was awarded the OAF Silver Medal award for his contribution to the Orlando advertising community.

Troy Branson

VP, Account Services

Troy has over 25 years of agency experience with numerous clients in categories such as telecommunications, logistics, professional associations, education, healthcare, and various retail. Through his career Troy has worked in public relations, creative/production, media, and account management. These experiences give him an excellent understanding of total integrated marketing and the ability to multi-direct a client’s needs through concept, production, and delivery. He’s the type of account director clients follow, and if you’ve got a question about the industry, Troy is the best person we know to answer it. He’s a graduate of the University of Kentucky and a huge fan of Wildcat basketball. 


Brandy Gill

Brandy Gill

Creative Director

Brandy is a Dad, a copywriter and a creative director with over 20 years in the ad agency business. He's received honors and awards from The One Show, Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, Webby Awards, Effie Awards, HSMAI Adrian Awards, IAB MIXX and the Addys. He started his career in 1998 working in tv and film production before landing in the agency world and co-founded the CGS Advertising Group at age 25. At 29, Brandy joined Yesawich, Pepperdine, Brown & Russell where he lead creative efforts as SVP, Creative Director for a select portfolio of clients in the travel and tourism industries including Hilton Hotels, Canyon Ranch, Darden Restaurants, Hard Rock Hotels, Outrigger Hotels, Steamboat, The Walt Disney Co. and Marriott Hotels. His career took him to Atlanta where he lead the creative team at KBS&P Atlanta, working with notable clients such as Coca-Cola, Arby's, Levi's, Carvel and the University of Florida. Then later to Austin where he lead creative teams for global digital agency Razorfish, on Samsung Mobile, Patrón Tequila and Google among other clients. Brandy attended the University of Central Florida, is a proud Knight and returned to Orlando in 2014 to live close to family. After a stint at an agency and a few years of freelancing, he joined us at Say It Loud! as creative director.

Dante Lima

Senior Copywriter / Social Media Manager

Dante is a copywriter, strategist, and social media manager with 10 years of industry experience. After graduating from University of Florida with a B.S. in Journalism, he got his start pursuing his first love, journalism, as a reporter and columnist for the Gainesville Sun in Gainesville, FL. He moved to the dark side to join Say It Loud! in 2011. In addition to 5 years with SIL, he also worked as part of the in-house creative team for Pearson Online learning Services and Kore.ai, an Orlando-based artificial intelligence company. Dante is a notorious hobbyist. Among his (too) many interests are music, golf, politics, history, poker, cooking, and food culture. Hence, he has no shortage of opinions, ideas, or creative inspiration.

Art Director

We plucked Alex from the criminally underrated graphic design program at Valencia College 4 years ago, and she’s been Say It Loud!’s creative compass and ace-in-the-hole ever since. Alex touches nearly every account and her workmanship and design instincts are impeccable. She’s our resident straight shooter when it comes to creative and the first person you want inspecting a proof. She’s a born-and-raised Floridian who loves the outdoors, especially the beach. Her self-motivation is contagious, and she keeps everyone here laughing.

Korri Lacalamita

Korri Lacalamita

Art Director

Korri is a multitalented Art Director and Illustrator. Born and raised in Florida (on both coasts) she's one of those rare, true Floridians. Korri earned her AA in Studio Art from Valencia College and a BFA in Graphic Design from UCF. Prior to joining Say It Loud! she helped clients in a wide range of industries including retail, travel, hospitality, healthcare and education. Korri's creative goals are to make cool stuff that matters and in her spare time you can find her browsing local estate sales. She is on the constant lookout for vintage furniture, décor and clothes - as well as retro labels for design inspiration. Korri also loves collecting interesting plants and tending to her collection of 300+ plants at home.

Lili Rodriguez

Lili Rodriguez

Junior Art Director

Lili is a Jr. Art Director and illustrator, primarily. She has many talents but her title would be too long if we included them all. We met her at a Valencia College portfolio review and shortly after she graduated, we were lucky enough to recruit her to our creative team. Born in the Big Apple, raised in the Dominican Republic and in Florida, Lili’s unique perspective positively impacts our agency culture and of course, the work. From print to web to social, Lili has the can do attitude, creative curiosity and the talent it takes to get it done. And when she comes up for air, you might find her playing video games, listening to some Green Day and spending time with her family.

Dolores Mazzola

Dolores Mazzola

Accountant

Dolores is your classic Brooklyn-born, Florida transplant, and we love the NY flavor she adds to the Say It Loud! team. For us, Dolores dots all the I’s, crosses all the T’s, and tracks every penny with pinpoint accuracy, which is a huge benefit for us and our clients. She has 15 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience, specializing in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll. Before Say It Loud!, she earned her expertise managing the accounting for medical offices, government contractors, entrepreneurs, financial advisors, and many other small businesses. She loves UCF and NFL football, volunteering with her church, teaching money management, and the occasional trip to Vegas.
